is a bespoke jewellery designer.
Each custom piece is
handmade in Paris using
traditional methods of
craftsmanship, with the most
care and attention.

Paris-born, Virginie David
represents the third generation in a family of precious
stone dealers. From childhood onwards, she became
familiar with the beauty of stones.
As a teenager, she travelled to Asia with her father in
search of the finest gems.

She worked for jewellers on Place Vendôme and later in
Antwerp, London and Dubai before returning to France.
Virginie creates bespoke jewellery and converts estate
jewellery at the fairest prices.

Her work lies at the crossroads between modernity and
the preservation of family heritage.

It all started in 2014, when she created an engagement
ring for one of her friends. The unique nature of this order
encouraged her to dedicate herself entirely to
bespoke creation.

Virginie is a trained gemmologist and holds the State
diploma in gemmology from the Institut National de Gemmologie (ING) and the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).

She also teaches gemmology courses at l’École, School of Jewelry Arts in Paris, founded with the support of
Van Cleef & Arpels.
